- Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for frontline, operational, and store-level roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
- Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events.
- Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Design and facilitate group discussion activities to assess key soft skills for mass recruitment.
- Work closely with store managers, area managers, and operations heads to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience,
- Proven experience in mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and local blue-collar hiring channels.
- Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
