- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer branding and candidate experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on senior-level recruitment
- Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networks
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
