- Fulfill quarterly and annual hiring needs details by department regarding to the MPP
- Maintain and maximize ATS utilization and process adherence
- Source and headhunt potential candidates through different channels (e.g. social platforms professional networks, and internal referral program)
- Determine and confirm selection criteria with HOD for managerial level vacancies
- Maintain and communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
- Prepare Interview questions that reflect each position’s and job descriptions and requirements
- Oversee and maintain applicant’s assessment for selection process using different assessment tools for different positions following competency framework
- Maintain and maximize applicants assessment for selection process efficiency.
- Review and prepare Job offer letters for managerial vacancies
- Maintain regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Represent the company at recruiting events (college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Recruitment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
