Works with Executive/Strategic Management to build and implement Recruitment solutions in line with business strategy.
Supervises recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements
Identifies, plans, and communicates team goals in line with organization strategy
Identifies development needs and coaches team members to achieve results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required in business; Human Resources
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Previous team leadership experience is required
