- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with onboarding, registration.
- Resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platform.
- Communicate with parents about the progress of their students.
- Collaborate with the other departments to improve customer service.
- Document and track customer interactions and report any issues to the appropriate teams.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is a must.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to contribute to the team
