
Customer Support - One Year Intern (French Speaker)

- First line of contact for Henkel Adhesive Technologies Customers (Mobility & Electronics, Craftsmen, Construction & Professional and Packaging &Consumer Goods), responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Identify the application and product and to redirect Customers with the appropriate SBU and department
- Build relationships with key contacts within Henkel business units to define workflow processes
- Identify prospect customers, collect all relevant information and redirect to the correct department and SBU
- Regular contact and steer the cooperation with stakeholders and Technical Support teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant study
- Capable of multitasking and remaining resilient under pressure.
- French Speaker (Fluent) & English
- Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in digital tools of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
