The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding rental properties, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end rental process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty OnboardingSource, inspect, and onboard new rental properties.Collect accurate property details, photographs, and documentation.Ensure properties comply with legal, regulatory, and agency standards.Client & Customer RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations.Provide transparent, honest advice and guidance to clients.Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.Rental Process ManagementConduct property showings and virtual tours.Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with Egyptian rental laws.Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and handle documentation.Market & Business DevelopmentMonitor rental market trends to provide competitive pricing advice.Actively prospect for new landlords and tenants.Promote listings across online platforms and social media.Support marketing efforts by creating engaging property ads.Post-Rental SupportAssist with tenant queries during the rental period.Help coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and service providers.Maintain accurate records of agreements and transactions.RequirementsPrevious experience in real estate, property management.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate listing platforms.Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).Compensation & BenefitsPerformance-based bonuses.Training and career development opportunities.Flexible working hours with office and field-based activity.
