Financial & Operational Analysis
Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities within the supply chain.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across finance and operations.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling
Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting, rolling forecasts) for the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate supply chain cost drivers and performance risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a finance partner to supply chain leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and financial analysis.
Support cross-functional initiatives such as working capital optimization, sourcing strategy, and operational efficiency.
System & Process Optimization
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, leveraging your ERP experience (MS Dynamics) to streamline data flows.
Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate financial data pipelines and enhance reporting capabilities.
Create and maintain regular reporting:
Weekly business refresh reports
Dashboards to track KPIs on a daily basis
Clean and maintain P&L data
Develop and maintain MBR (Monthly Business Review) dashboard
Lead new projects involving:
Designing processes, tools, and dashboards from scratch
Collaborate closely with the Data team and work extensively with the ERP system
Requirements
Fluent in English (C1 level required).
German language is a plus.
Master’s degree in Finance or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, including 1–2 years in a consulting environment
Strong understanding of P&L structure and COGS dynamics
SQL is a nice to have skill.
Advanced Excel skills (including modeling, dashboards, and complex functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Should have worked in Operations or with a Data team, actively using Excel (and ideally SQL)
Alternatively, experience in FP&A or as a Business Analyst
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholders
Analytical, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
