Analyze supply chain and financial data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance modeling initiatives
Deliver actionable insights and reporting to support key decisions by operations leadership
Optimize financial systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows for scalability and clarity
Engage in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across finance and operations
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1 level required) and proficient in German (B2) (preferably)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, including 1-2 years in a consulting environment
Strong command of SQL, advanced Excel (including modeling, dashboards, and complex functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholders
Analytical, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
