- Ensuring our customers experience a smooth and informative onboarding process – making the transition to our learning solutions and services as seamless as possible.
- Serving as a link between our customers and internal teams – advocate for customer needs within McGraw Hill to help shape product development and service enhancements.
- Using data and analytics born from our products, engage with instructors to deepen usage, and report internally and externally on activation dashboards.
- Partnering with our field sales team to maintain excellent customer service and account support.
- Providing platform training.
- Implementing strategies that help to retain existing customers and reduce customer turnover.
- You have a passion and a desire to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technology, or software that impacts the lives of learners.
- You have previous experience working in a customer success or customer engagement environment.
- You understand the Higher Education or Edtech industries. This would be preferable.
- You can work effectively to deliver projects in complex multi-vendor environments – managing timelines, stakeholder deliverables, and expectations.
- You have experience of analytics and translating data into insights.
