- Engagement and customer support- Deliver efficient support and a positive experience to our clients by partnering with Sales, engaging instructors through data, providing platform trainings, troubleshooting issues, updating usage dashboards and activation dashboards, and building strong relationships with key educational stakeholders
- End-to-End Implementation- Drive successful pre- and post-sales implementation of key digital products to position MH as a leader in adaptive learning. Responsibilities include managing implementation plans, developing tailored platform solutions for the region, creating internal resources, and collaborating with partners to support sales and promote MH solutions.
- Account Management- Manage and grow key digital accounts by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, taking care of the health of existing/new digital adoptions, collaborating with Sales to expand and leverage existing adoptions and target prioritized courses/departments, and tracking activities in Salesforce.
- Digital Best Practice- Champion customer experience in MEA by driving best practices through data and insights. Support process standardization, identify local improvement opportunities, consolidate feedback for global teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, etc.), and monitor digital adoption to boost engagement and retention. Collaborate regionally to align processes and share analytics.
- Ensuring knowledge transfer of MH products to Customers via field and virtual visits and assist with the creation of strong business processes to ensure MH can scale this activity in the future.
- Degree-level education required
- Experience with setup and administration of K12 LMS
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proven experience in large-scale project management
- Skilled in data analytics and translating insights
- Strong understanding of digital teaching tools and tech-enhanced K12 models
- Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects and timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; independent and highly collaborative team player
