- Develop and implement effective brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Lead and manage a team of brand managers to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and execution
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, and use this information to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
- Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats for the brand
- Support the development of new products and extensions, and ensure they align with the overall brand strategy
- Ensure brand guidelines and standards are followed across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
