- Develop and implement brand strategies and plans in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives
- Manage brand budgets and monitor performance against key metrics
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, market share, and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure brand visibility and availability in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and distributors
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies and tactics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Brand Nabager 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for driving results
