- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall Hiring process and candidate experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA efforts.
