In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and expansion. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about identifying and attracting the best talent, we would love to hear from you.Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Strong knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
