Accept ClosePress Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSearch by KeywordSearch by LocationSearch by KeywordSearch by LocationLoading...Team:LocationType:Grade:Create Alert×Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:StartPlease wait...Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition Egypt/Morocco/JordanPurpose:At adidas, we believe sports has the power to change lives.We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and recruit the best talents in our company with this vision!To proactively source and attract top talent, both active and inactive candidates, for all positions across Retail, by utilizing a variety of online tools, networks, databases, and relationshipsTo coordinate the end-to-end Retail recruitment process while continuously improving the assessment of both internal and external applicants.To support the market's growth by partnering with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving talent needs of the organization, ensuring the delivery of the best talent to drive success within the Retail division.Key Responsibilities:Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer processDevelop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.Development of assessment centres for high volume mass hiring for our retail division in Egypt, Morocco, and Jordan.Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles in Retail considering an equal diversity approach.Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions.Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.Work in close partnership with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pipelines across retail and back office positions.Support the TA Team in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.Support additional back office recruitment initiatives as needed.Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement efforts for both retail and back-office decision.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to set clear goals and deliver on key objectives.Action-oriented and proactive approach to working with hiring managers and HR teams.End-to-end recruitment experience at a variety of levels.Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques.Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills. Able to manage confidential and sensitive information and use it appropriately.Advanced MS Office skills and experience in applicant tracking systems.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from related departmentsMinimum 1-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, retail field hiring experience is preferredFrench Language is a MUST.Fluent in EnglishHas excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiativeAdvanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programsHas advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channelsHas good organization & planning skillsContinuous learning and developmentHas team spirit and eager to be a part of a global retail companyAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
