We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and documentation. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Recruitment/HR teamSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate recordsFollow up with candidates regarding required documents, assessments, or interview feedbackDraft and send interview invitations, rejection emails, and offer letters when neededAssist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and onboarding activitiesHandle internal and external communication professionally and confidentiallyEnsure proper filing of recruitment documentation (digital and hard copy)Coordinate with other departments for candidate access, interview logistics, etc.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field2-3 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English
