- Role: Admin Assistant to CTO- Main Responsibilities:1) Provide administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements2) Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders3) Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation4) Track action items, project milestones, and follow-ups across various initiatives5) Handle confidential information- Main Requirements:1) 5 to 10 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in the IT or tech sector2) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills3) Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)4) Strong written and verbal English communication skills5) A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
