Oversee all freight forwarding operations (air, sea, road, multimodal).
Identify new markets, clients, and service opportunities.
Manage budgets, monitor performance, and maximize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop operations, sales, and support teams.
Act as escalation point for key accounts and build strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making with senior leadership.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and service.
Set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Prepare reports on logistics performance and operational metrics.
Requirements:
Advanced studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Deep knowledge of freight forwarding operations and trade regulations.
Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies.
Solid financial skills, including budget management.
Proficiency with relevant software and technologies.
