- - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- - Oversee day-to-day operations of the premium bakery and pastry division, including production, inventory management, and customer service
- - Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all products and services
- - Manage and mentor a team of bakery and pastry professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team
- - Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets
- - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional and advertising strategies
- - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to drive innovation and growth
- - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the bakery and pastry industry
- - Strong leadership and team management skills
- - Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- - In-depth knowledge of bakery and pastry production processes and techniques
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- - Familiarity with financial and inventory management principles
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- - Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
