- Prepare, review, and submit Social Insurance Forms 1, 2, and 6 in accordance with local legal requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee registration, updates, and termination processes with social insurance authorities.
- Maintain and update employee records related to social insurance in both internal HR systems and with the third-party vendor.
- Act as a key liaison between Concentrix HR team, upper management, and the external vendor to ensure smooth workflows and issue resolution.
- Monitor compliance with labor law and social insurance obligations, escalating risks or discrepancies to management as needed.
- Support internal and external audits related to employee social insurance files and government compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees on social insurance-related queries.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- 1-2years of HR experience with strong exposure to social insurance processes in Egypt.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
