- Identifies, develops and implements recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
- Provides interpretation and counsel to line and executive management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices
- Develop and analyze organizational resources needs and make plans accordingly
- Determines and utilizes key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.) for current and anticipated vacancies
- Liaises with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements
- Ensures all recruitment process adherence and recommends improvements
- Leads employer branding initiatives
- Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
