- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using prepared scripts
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and chat promptly and professionally
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right program
- Close sales and achieve or exceed daily/weekly targets
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Process course enrolment and follow up on pending leads
- Redirect qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
- Handle customer objections and grievances professionally
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat engagement
- Maintain detailed records of conversations, feedback, and outcomes
- Preferably a graduate of one of the following universities: The American University in Cairo (AUC), the German University in Cairo (GUC), or the Canadian International College (CIC)
- Strong verbal communication and professional chat etiquette
- Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs
- Ability to confidently present the product’s value
- Skilled at handling objections and closing deals effectively
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and CRM tasks efficiently
- Consistently meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Patient, friendly, and solution-oriented approach to every interaction
- Builds trust and provides a positive customer experience
- Fast, clear, and professional written responses via chat channels
- Works well in a team environment, sharing insights and contributing to shared goals
- Talent for managing multiple chat conversations professionally and efficiently
- Prior tele-sales or customer support experience is a plus
- Passion for education and technology is highly valued
