- Sales:
- Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with other departments as needed to provide solutions.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Customer Center team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance overall customer experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Improve workflow within the Customer Center to streamline processes and maintain a positive company image.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle stock management, administrative duties, and maintain records as required.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- 0-1 year of experience in direct shops or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and sales abilities.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
