- Engaging with potential clients to assess their DevOps maturity and understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits and capabilities of our DevOps solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and respond to RFPs with technical accuracy and relevant solutions.
- Providing deep technical knowledge to assist the sales process and articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Performing workshops and training sessions to educate both clients and internal teams about DevOps practices and toolsets.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform the sales strategy and positioning.
- Gathering feedback from clients and prospects to relay to product management for continuous product improvement.
- Representing Adree at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as a DevOps expert and thought leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a presales capacity, with a strong emphasis on DevOps tools and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud computing, and automation technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations when required.
