- Client Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth API integration and adoption.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on API functionalities, best practices, and integration strategies tailored to client needs.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges promptly.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on API performance and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation and deliver training sessions to client teams as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with our API solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
