- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional Web, Mobile).
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on the OutSystems platform.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with third-party systems via APIs, web services, and databases.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Lead and mentor junior developers; provide guidance and technical oversight.
- Manage deployments and version control using OutSystems LifeTime and other CI/CD tools.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on OutSystems platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems development (Reactive Web and/or Mobile preferred).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- OutSystems certifications: Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Web Developer, Tech Lead (or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and practices (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- UI/UX design understanding and experience working with Figma/Adobe XD.
