Operational & Service Excellence· Oversee and coordinate daily Juice Bar operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and consistency.· Supervise the preparation and presentation of all juices, smoothies, and wellness drinks as per detox program requirements.· Ensure that correct juicing techniques and service methods are followed by the team.· Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with internal and ISO systems.· Manage the juicing unit’s control forms and ensure daily completion and documentation.Guest Interaction & Program Support· Engage with guests to understand their wellness plans and recommend suitable drinks and supplements.· Monitor guest schedules and coordinate the timely preparation of prescribed juices and detox drinks.· Demonstrate and assist guests in using wellness devices such as Cryo Sauna, TurboSonic, and Salt Room when needed.· Educate guests on the benefits of ingredients and detox beverages, ensuring an enriching experience.Inventory, Quality & Coordination· Ensure timely procurement and correct storage of organic, non-chemical, and natural ingredients.· Evaluate the quality of raw materials and report any discrepancies.· Monitor stock levels and report needs in advance to maintain continuity in service.· Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, wellness, housekeeping) to align on guest experience.Leadership & Team Development· Lead and motivate Juice Bar team members, ensuring tasks are clearly understood and performed efficiently.· Train new staff in recipes, hygiene procedures, and guest interaction standards.· Handle team concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the F&B Manager.· Ensure smooth shift transitions and communicate relevant updates clearly.Sustainability & Compliance· Adhere to the sustainability policies of TheLifeCo, implementing eco-conscious practices in daily operations.· Participate in internal audits, ISO documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.· Uphold workplace safety standards and proactively prevent accidents or operational hazards.
