- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting employee growth and development
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus, ensuring the highest quality and freshness of ingredients
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and performance evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make necessary changes and improvements to the restaurant's operations and offerings
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end seafood restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Fluency in English, & Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
