The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and overall financial control activities. The role includes developing financial policies and workflows, managing accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and financial control), and ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations. The Financial Manager will also oversee financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.ResponsibilitiesLead the company’s financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Establish, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and workflows to strengthen internal controls.Manage all accounting operations, including:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Treasury
  • Financial Control
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Provide regular financial analysis to management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance variances.Monitor and control the company’s budget performance, ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources.Support management with strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business growth.Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes for efficiency and transparency.RequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or SOCPA are highly desirable.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and control.
  • Strong experience in managing accounting operations (AP, AR, Treasury, and Financial Control).
  • Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations and tax requirements (VAT, Zakat, WHT).
  • Experience working with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Skills & Technical Knowledge:
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial insights and support executive decision-making.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
