AUC is an English-medium institution.Job Description:The Department of Psychology welcomes applications for a full-time four-year position (assistant or associate professor ranking), with the possibility of renewal, in the field of Biopsychology/Neuroscience that is to begin Fall 2026. The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses related to physiological psychology, introductory and methods courses in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, as well as selected topics within the candidate's area of expertise. The candidate is expected to have an active research agenda and to pursue internal and external grant funding. The candidate is also expected to play an active role in departmental, school, and university service activities. An established record or potential for attracting research funding is desirable.Requirements:Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in biopsychology, cognitive science, neurosciences, or related discipline. Successful candidates should have an ongoing program of research and publication, and skills or potential in high quality teaching. Candidates with experience in and familiarity with the North American higher education system are preferred.Additional Information:Priority will be given to applications received by November 1, 2025.
