ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBAs a Rewards Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting compensation, benefits, and expatriate processes, ensuring policy compliance, budget alignment, and effective stakeholder collaboration across annual and ad-hoc reward activities.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of the compensation and benefits strategy.
Managing the annual budgeting process (Business Planning) and quarterly cost adjustment processes (Rolling Estimate) for employees, expats, etc.
Act as a partner with stakeholders, advising and aligning them on compliance with HR policies.
Maintains, administers, updates, and develops compensation and benefits programs and policies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies, as well as alignment with the approved budget.
Manage annual processes (Merit Increase & Annual Bonus), long-term incentive plans, and provide support to eligible colleagues, as well as ad-hoc processes in daily activities (e.g., offer and package analysis).
Manages expats and secondment processes (including collaboration with providers), ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Provides necessary data for salary surveys and conducts follow-up analysis required in various processes/reports (e.g., annual salary grid design).
Managing the Expats, Short Term assignees (STA) & Long Term assignees (LTA) requests & handling their stay in Egypt.

ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
+7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Fluent both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving common goals.
