Safety Associate Manager

• Develop and enforce all safety, health, and fire protection policies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Lead routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards across the complex.
• Manage comprehensive emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and drills, in coordination with security, engineering, and local authorities.
• Direct all safety incident and near-miss investigations, performing detailed root cause analysis to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee tenant and contractor activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols for all projects, including fit-outs and maintenance.
• Design and deliver engaging safety training for all staff and contractors to foster a strong, proactive safety culture throughout the property.
• Administer the permit-to-work system for all high-risk activities, such as hot work, work-at-height, and confined space entry.
• Maintain meticulous safety records and submit timely, accurate reports to both management and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Operations to embed safety practices into daily workflows and strategic planning.
• Assist the Head of Property Management in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
