- Procurement Management: Coordinate with the Procurement team to put a procurement plan for the related equipment.
- Construction Management: Coordinate the access dates and equipment insertion plan with external stakeholders
- Manage the Sub-System activity of the Transportation projects in accordance with standards and rules of the company.
- Provide support on the projects done by his/her operational team.
- Engineering Management: To manage the Sub-System Engineering Team in delivering the detailed design.
- Planning and Defining Scope: They create detailed project plans, define the project scope, and set milestones to ensure the project stays on track.
- Resource Management: Project managers allocate resources, including team members, budget, and materials, to ensure the project is completed efficiently.
- Team Leadership: They lead and motivate the project team, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies is a crucial part of their role.
- Stakeholder Communication: Project managers act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are managed.
- Quality Control: They monitor the project's progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet the project's standards.
