- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with client goals and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories, use cases, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Present product ideas, updates, and project outcomes to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Continuously gather and analyze data, feedback, and market trends to inform product improvements.
- Act as the product champion, ensuring the delivered solution adds maximum value to the client’s business.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Excellent presentation skills – able to communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client focus with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
