A leading company in producing soybean meal and oil for Egypt's food manufacturing is seeking a Finance Management Trainee program aimed at nurturing the next generation of finance professionals. As a Finance Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that provides exposure to various aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This program is designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in finance and develop the necessary skills to succeed in a corporate finance environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Finance Operations team with transaction processing, reconciliation, and maintaining financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Treasury activities including cash flow monitoring, forecasting, liquidity management, and coordination with banking partners.
  • Support Tax Dept. in key requirements for tax filings, tax analysis & planning initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Support FP&A team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports, contributing to financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Support external audit processes by assisting in preparing the required documentation, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Spend time working closely with other critical business functions such as Commercial, Production, Logistics, and Trade Execution to develop a holistic understanding of end-to-end business operations and how finance supports each area.
  • Build capabilities to become a key finance member within finance team, increasing ownership of finance projects and initiatives throughout the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (including internships or industry exposure in finance or cross-functional roles).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into a strategic finance role.
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and business operations, with a desire to understand commercial, production, logistics, and trade execution functions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a high-trust, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
