- Plan and execute the marketing strategy for the Bosch Workshop Concept, including budget planning and control, coordination of events, and marketing campaigns.
- Roll out new services for the Bosch Car Service network, determining business models, setting pricing strategies, and introducing service packages to develop Value Added Services.
- Guide and support the sales team in the implementation of the concept in the market.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and other departments in the company.
- Develop and lead the concept strategy, establishing mid- and long-term business plans.
- Analyse competitors' activities and identify opportunities for business development.
- Coordinate customer surveys and assessments regularly.
- Plan Bosch Car Service network expansion per country in the region of North-West Africa.
- Set up, lead, and deploy strategic cooperation with key partners.
- Support new Bosch Car Service acquisitions through market-specific campaigns.
- Follow up on the Bosch Car Service contracting process, revising/updating content based on country-specific regulations and market requirements.
- Develop and implement the Bosch Car Service concept in the region.
- Managing and enhancing cooperation with National Deal Partners.
- Handling customer care inquiries.
- University degree in marketing, business administration or its equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in franchise or network concept
- Technical understanding of the automotive industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills & Strong target orientation
- High efficiency on time management, strong communication skills, ability to build sustainable relationships
- PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- SAP knowledge & experience is advantageous
