Job Description:Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Vendor Performance & Risk Analyst for one of our partners, a global leader in the food and services industry.Responsibilities:
Dive deep into the data! Prepare dahsboards and reports using powerBI, ServiceNow and AzureDevOps(ADO) to measure delivery, service quality and performance of all tier 1 & 2 DTPS suppliers
Prepare and support vendor performance lead for monthly supplier operational meetings to measure contractual service levels and operational KBIs
Analyze, monitor and report supplier performance improvement plans within VMO & DTPS platform managers to ensure performance targets are met
Consistently track supplier spend data across DTPS supplier ecosystem on periodic basis to enable proper supplier segmentation
Collaborate with DTPS finance teams to track spend per strategic suppliers to calculate annual volume rebates and support in effective allocation of rebates to respective DTPS platform teams
Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, cyber/data privacy & VMO teams in tracking supplier risks effectively ( cyber, data, delivery/performance, financial, other IT supplier risks). Prepare consolidated reports to be used during internal portfolio review sessions.
Provide support during internal and external audit process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance; administration or IT
Min 3+years' experience as analyst and/or data processing
Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within and outside the function
Good knowledge of PowerBI, ServiceNow, Excel, Azure DevOps
Experience working in a large enterprise environment is preferred
Professional level of English language.
Note:Contract Duration: This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a strong possibility of extension based on performance. Exceptional performance may also lead to a direct conversion to a permanent role with our client.
