You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for PwC ETIC. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & Sourcing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
- Use a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective interview processes and assessment techniques.
- Provide a high-touch and personalized experience for all candidates.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
- Advocate for PwC ETIC's employer brand in all recruitment activities.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and online forums to promote the company and its culture.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior talent acquisition team members.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of talent acquisition best practices and policies.
- Stay informed about talent market trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles, including senior and executive-level positions.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment tools.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external candidates.
