- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process to ensure the selection of top-quality candidates.
- Develop and manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and analyze employee data and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
