- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Act as the main focal point between clients and internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of the product.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics, facilitating discussions to optimize product utilization and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services based on client needs.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, demonstrating value delivered and outlining future growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and help drive product enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product value to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
