يعتبر مصمم ثلاثي الأبعاد جزءًا أساسيًا من فريق إدارة الفعاليات، حيث يقوم بتصميم وتطوير نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد للمساحات والديكورات المستخدمة في الفعاليات. يتطلب هذا الدور إبداعًا فنيًا وفهمًا عميقًا للتقنيات الحديثة في التصميم، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة. سيكون لمصمم ثلاثي الأبعاد دور محوري في تحويل الأفكار إلى تصاميم مرئية تجذب الجمهور وتحقق أهداف الفعالية.Responsibilities: * إنشاء تصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد للمساحات والديكورات الخاصة بالفعاليات.

التعاون مع فرق التخطيط والتنظيم لضمان توافق التصميم مع رؤية الفعالية.
تقديم نماذج أولية للعميل للحصول على الموافقة والتعديلات اللازمة.
استخدام البرمجيات المتخصصة في التصميم مثل 3ds Max وSketchUp.
تقديم الدعم الفني خلال تنفيذ التصميمات على أرض الواقع.
مراقبة الجودة والتأكد من أن التصاميم تتماشى مع المعايير المطلوبة.
تحديث التصاميم بناءً على ملاحظات العملاء أو التغيرات في خطط الفعالية.
البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في تصميم الفعاليات.
التنسيق مع الموردين لضمان توفر المواد اللازمة للتصميم.
إعداد العروض التقديمية للعميل لعرض التصاميم المقترحة.

Preferred Candidate: * خبرة سابقة في تصميم الفعاليات أو المعارض.

مهارات قوية في استخدام البرمجيات التصميمية.
قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
إبداع وابتكار في تقديم أفكار جديدة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الفرق المختلفة.

إعداد المخططات التنفيذية والتفصيلية اللازمة لفريق الإنتاج.
تطوير أفكار تصميمية مبتكرة تراعي الهوية البصرية للجهات المشاركة.
التنسيق مع فرق العمل الفنية والإدارية لضمان دقة وجودة التنفيذ.

The 3D Designer plays a vital role within the event management team, responsible for designing and developing 3D models of event spaces and decor. This position demands artistic creativity, a strong grasp of modern design technologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. The 3D Designer will be instrumental in transforming concepts into visually engaging designs that attract audiences and meet event objectives.Responsibilities:

Create 3D designs for event spaces and decor elements.
Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure alignment with the event’s vision.
Develop initial design concepts and prototypes for client approval and feedback.
Use specialized software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray/Corona for rendering.
Provide on-site technical support during the implementation of designs.
Ensure design quality and compliance with required standards.
Revise designs based on client feedback or changes in event planning.
Stay updated on the latest trends in event and exhibition design.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure material availability and design feasibility.
Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients.
Produce realistic renderings that reflect the client’s goals and expectations.
Prepare detailed execution drawings for the production team.
Develop innovative design ideas that align with the visual identity of participating organizations.
Coordinate closely with creative, technical, and administrative teams to ensure precision and high-quality delivery.

Preferred Candidate:

Previous experience in event or exhibition design.
Strong proficiency in design software and rendering tools.
