- Lead and mentor a team of QA/Testing engineers focused on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
- Define and implement robust test strategies including functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Drive automation initiatives using modern frameworks for web and mobile using tools like Selenium/Appium etc
- Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure scalability and responsiveness using tools like JMeter, K6 etc.
- CI/CD pipelines integration.
- Manage test environments in containerized and cloud-native setups (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and collaborate with design and development teams to improve inclusive user experiences.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and team capabilities.
- Create career development programs for the team and develop short-term plans to ensure the skills and performance of employees meet current and future needs.
- Collaborate in product lifecycle with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, scrum-masters in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scale globally.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in software QA/Testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with leading & managing technical teams.
- Strong ability to understand technical product architecture.
- Strong communication, partnership and teamwork skills.
- Hands-on experience with test automation for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong experience in performance testing and analysis.
- Experience with performance monitoring & analysis tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Teamcity, etc).
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and WCAG guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Blue/Green or Canary Deployments.
- Great to have experience with application migration from Monolith to Microservices.
