Orange Business creates a posting impact both for it's businesses and for the world around them in coherence with Orange ambition to be exemplary in social and environmental engagement.International Presales Enablement (IPSE) plays a key role in providing solution design & validation support to presales & consulting teams across the regions and territories within International Zone and is looking after Global Presales Practice for all International Presales professionals.The Customer Solutions Design Support (CSDS) team is positioned within IPSE to enable presales offer technically and commercially competitive solutions. The CSDS brings technical expertise mapped to the Orange Business SVPs and portfolio of services.IPSE mission is to bring simplicity and create value in a complex world of our customers, our partners, our customer account teams and Orange Business.As part of the CSDS team you will leverage your skills, experience and insights; being part of SVP or expertise squads, to guide and support presales developing winning solutions. You should possess a strong set of technical skills in relevant domain to ensure solutions feasibility, have a strong understanding of commercials to embrace competitive pricing, with a proven experience in stakeholder management to acquire the needed approvals. You will promote replicability and autonomy via the continuous creation of replicable components based on validations and delivery experiences.About the RoleWhy become AIOps Presales Design Support ArchitectThe global market for Telecom and IT providers is rapidly changing and accordingly introducing new challenges to address. Orange Business is proactively transforming to meet the customers' demand by focusing on business outcomes through the introduction of its Strategic Value Propositions (SVPs).The role of the AIOps Presales Design Support Architect is crucial to support the presales via;
  • Co-development of solution strategy,
  • Providing insights on product roadmaps and capabilities,
  • Offering guidance to replicate previously validated solutions,
  • Leading validations and obtaining approvals for new solutions,
  • Ensuring offered managed and integrated solutions are “Secure By Design”,
  • Guaranteeing optimized and competitive pricing.
The AIOps Presales Design Support Architect being an integral part of the IPSE will interlock with Global Marketing, GDO, CDIO and International teams with a clear objective of streamlining the bid process, accelerate presales autonomy, simplify presales solution development and validation, and increase our win ratio. The team will continuously develop their skills in strategic domains as well as technical skills for the future to drive value to our customers. That's why the 3 main strategy pillars for IPSE are based on; * Replicability through Capitalization: facilitate replicability using capitalization to optimize what has been already sold. Identify reusable solutions and ensure capitalization of repetitive proposed solutions to expand presales autonomy and support Product Management. More specifically, provide Brick and others documentation to accelerate sales autonomy
  • Improving Velocity of our solution design & validation, facilitate the Go to Market for more sales autonomy through early engagement by participating to qualification phase,
  • Bring add value expertise to the SVP, being aligned with the SVP strategy to support SVP and Innovative support integration

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow in different directions within the different organizations you are interlocking with.about youAIOps Presales Design Support Architect will work within different squads as a pivotal link among all organizations and presales teams, committed to providing guidance, technical expertise and assistance to promote technically and commercially innovative solutions that matches customer needs.He/She will guarantee simplified approaches leading to optimizations, facilitate new services integration and orchestration, increase the volume of available knowledge for replicability, and bring agility to the process.The AIOps Presales Design Support Architect will be responsible for driving the technical sales engagement, designing AIOps solutions, and demonstrating how AI/ML-powered IT operations can transform enterprise IT environments. This role requires a deep understanding of **AIOps platforms, observability, IT automation, and cloud technologies**, along with strong presales and customer-facing skills.Main activities1. Solution Design & Technical Presales:- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer IT operations challenges and propose AIOps solutions.- Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), demos, and presentations** showcasing AIOps capabilities (e.g., anomaly detection, root cause analysis, predictive analytics).- Architect end-to-end AIOps solutions integrating with ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC), observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).2. Customer Engagement & Workshops:- Conduct discovery workshops to assess customer environments (logs, metrics, traces, events).- Advise on AI/ML use cases for IT operations (incident prediction, automated remediation, noise reduction).- Address technical objections and position AIOps as a strategic investment.3. Competitive Differentiation:- Analyze competitor AIOps solutions (e.g., Moogsoft, BigPanda, IBM Watson AIOps) and articulate key differentiators.- Develop collateral (whitepapers, case studies, battle cards) to support sales cycles.4. Collaboration & Enablement:- Partner with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.- Train sales teams on AIOps trends (e.g., GenAI for IT ops, MLOps integration).Required Skills-Technical Expertise:- 5+ years in presales/solutions architecture for IT operations, DevOps, or cloud monitoring.- Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., Splunk IT Service Intelligence, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Elastic ML).- Knowledge of ML models for IT ops (time-series forecasting, clustering, NLP for ticket analysis).- Familiarity with APM, log analytics, and infrastructure monitoring tools.- Soft Skills:- Strong storytelling to explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSc degree in engineering or telecommunications science or equivalent
  • Vendor certifications in the relevant domain/ field of expertise inline with SVP.
  • High knowledge of agility and transformation management - Scrum, DevOps, SAFe certifications is a plus
  • English fluent (spoken, written)
  • Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP, ITIL, or AI/ML.
