Procurement Analytics Manager | MAF Global Solutions | FinanceROLE SUMMARY
The Finance Business Partner for Procurement will be an integral member of the Finance team, working closely with the Procurement department to enhance financial decision-making, improve reporting quality, and support the optimization of procurement processes. This role will focus on providing insights through regular savings reviews, analyzing procurement-related data, conducting ad hoc financial analysis, and monitoring the performance of procurement KPIs and SLAs.ROLE PROFILE
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop, track, and enhance quality reporting metrics.
- Assist in creating detailed financial reports to provide insight into procurement performance, trends, and savings.
- Perform variance analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in procurement spend.
- Work closely with Procurement to evaluate cost-saving initiatives and assess the financial impact of these savings on the organization
- Track and monitor procurement savings initiatives and ensure they align with the company’s financial objectives
- Provide financial insights and recommendations through ad-hoc analysis for various procurement-related initiatives and projects.
- Analyze and present data-driven recommendations to drive efficiencies and cost reductions in procurement
- Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) specific to the Procurement team
- Minimum of 6-10 years of working experience in finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an analytical position and/or successful experience in progressive financial analysis experience
- University Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalent
- CMA certification is also desirable for the position
