JOB PURPOSE:The Mainline Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding train drivers to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient operation of metro services along the mainline. This role involves enforcing compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations, coordinating driver schedules, responding to incidents, and maintaining direct communication with the OCC and engineering teams. The Mainline Supervisor plays a key role in sustaining service reliability, operational discipline, and overall passenger safety.
