Position: Total Rewards SupervisorOrganization: OIHJob Description:The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for the execution of our total rewards programs. This hands-on role oversees C&B operations, including annual salary reviews, benefits administration, job evaluation exercise, and market data analysis. He/ She will ensure our reward programs are administered accurately, remain compliant with all regulations, and are communicated effectively to support the company's strategy for attracting and retaining top talent.Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of the company's compensation structures to align with business goals.
  • Participate in market benchmarking and salary surveys by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
  • Assist with the job evaluation process using established methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson, or similar).
  • Coordinate the annual salary review process and administer incentive programs and promotion-related adjustments.
  • Help ensure compensation practices are consistently applied and comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, allowances, etc.).
  • Assist in evaluating benefits offerings by gathering data on cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and brokers and support the management of benefits contracts and renewals.
  • Support the administration of rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead benchmarking exercises across various industries to identify market trends and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support recommendations on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Track and report on key metrics (KPIs) related to the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4-7 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits across diverse industries, with proven expertise in benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
