- Responsible for delivering the Segments Fixed Solutions annual revenue with over 30% growth year-on-year while controlling product EBITA.
- Manage the entire Fixed products life cycle from strategic planning, technical design, to tactical activities with different suppliers and internal technology teams.
- Drive marketing segments, Sales and Presales, and finance teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful launch of all new product propositions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine the latest features to be implemented on the product and follow up to achieve them.
- Excellent cross-functional project management skills.
- Strong interest in new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends.
- Good commercial background.
- Strong stakeholder and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye on the final target.
- 5+ years of experience in the Fixed connectivity industry, preferably with ISPs.
- Excellent technical knowledge of fixed technologies and different media such as copper, fibre, Microwave, and WiMax.
- Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle.
- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of Fixed Business Sales and marketing.
