- Partner with tech department leaders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives
- Support the recruitment and selection process for tech positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new tech hires
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the tech industry
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the tech industry
- Strong Job Evaluation Backgroud, KPI Setings, JD Related to Technology
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
