- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on chat channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp for Business.
- Provide quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers regarding products, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the OurKids tone and voice in all communications, ensuring a warm and professional approach.
- Address and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful comments, ensuring a safe and welcoming online environment.
- Collaborate with the social media and customer service teams to share feedback and enhance customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
